Our Coverage, Verified

We say we’re licensed, bonded, and insured. Here’s what that actually looks like, in plain terms — the real coverage, not just a claim on a website.

Insurance

General Liability

We carry commercial general liability insurance through City National Insurance Company, with a $1,000,000 per-occurrence limit and a $2,000,000 general aggregate limit. This is the baseline coverage for accidents and injuries connected to our work.

Professional Liability Coverage

On top of general liability, we carry professional liability coverage — $25,000 per wrongful act, $50,000 aggregate — built specifically to cover accidental damage caused while a cleaning is actually being performed. This is the coverage most cleaning companies skip, and it’s the one that actually applies if something gets damaged mid-cleaning.

Workers’ Compensation

Every cleaner on our team is covered by workers’ compensation insurance through AmTrust North America, with a $1,000,000 employer’s liability limit. If a cleaner is injured in your home, this is what covers it — not you.

What Our Bonded Status Means for Your Peace of Mind

We’re bonded through American Contractors Indemnity Company (Tokio Marine HCC) under a Florida Janitorial Service Bond, Bond No. 101089000, for $10,000. This bond protects you against theft or dishonest acts by our employees while working in your home.

Licensed & Registered

We hold a local business tax receipt and are properly registered as a business with the State of Florida.  Our Florida LLC filing can be found HERE.

Proof of Coverage FAQ

A professional company is a real business: licensed, insured, and structured enough to background-check and train every person before they work in a client’s home. It can send a backup if your regular cleaner is out sick, stand behind the work if something’s missed or damaged, and hold staff to a written standard. A side-hustle cleaner, however skilled, is usually a single person without that infrastructure — no institutional training, no bonding, and no one to call if they don’t show up or something goes wrong.  Likely no insurance if they damage something as well as no workers comp if they get injured while on your property. If you have a valuable home, then it’s a risk you shouldn’t take.

With a professional company, there’s a clear answer and a clear process: the company is liable, it’s insured and bonded to cover the claim, and there’s a manager or owner you contact directly to get it resolved — usually with next steps and a timeline, not just an apology. With a solo cleaner found through an app or a Facebook group, that clarity is usually missing. If they’re not insured or bonded, the cost of the damage or injury becomes your problem to absorb, not theirs to fix. And if they stop responding once something’s gone wrong, there’s no business behind them to hold accountable — just a phone number that may or may not still work.
